There are so many encasements to choose from, and an extremely wide variety of pricing.  Starting prices do not include shipping, pick-up, tax, etc.

Multiple orders and repeat customers may be eligible for special discounts.  Also, ask us about wedding packages and tribute packages for value savings!

Replacement flowers are charged the standard market price.

Pricing for encasements includes preservation, a standard matt, standard mounting, and a UV or Regular dome.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

We offer personal local pickup and delivery service (normally $30), as well as standard nationwide shipping.  Shipping charges vary based on encasement size and your location.  Call us for details on local pickup and shipping arrangements.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
When you place an order, you consent to allow us to design your preservation items using our best juegement based on your selection and other written instructions you have given us.  All work is subject to creative changes in the design process.  You are giving us permission to make changes as needed, such as adding ribbon, extra flowers, removing flowers, etc.  Any changes made after the design may be subject to charges for labor and supplies.

Some flowers may need replaced upon arrival.  There will be additional charges to replace those flowers.  Certain types of flowers almost always need replaced because of their fragile nature.  Filler flowers, greenery, and berries will be replaced with silk.

Any change in frame/encasement decisions will incur additional charges.

A security deposit is required to hold your place in line. A down payment is required before work is started. Deposits and Down-Payments are Non-Refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payment plans are available. Please ask us for details!

We will dispose of items left after 3 months if no contact or payment is made to us.  Most orders are completed within 1 to 2 months.  We retain the right to extend this time period if needed.  If a specific date is needed for completion, you must make that clear at the time of encasement decision.  Some orders could incur a $75 rush order charge.

A $5.00 late free per DAY is added to late payments.

PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available upon request. All deposits are non-refundable.  Your final decision must be made within 3 weeks after we receive your items to be encased and preserved.  A late fee of $25 is added after this, and every month after this until your account is paid.  It is your responsibility to make the final decisions on your encasement.

Payment Plans must be established at the time the encasement choice is made.
